SUMMER VACATION IS SET TO START ON THURSDAY, MAY 20 WHEN THE SCHOOLS WILL BE DISMISSING THE STUDENTS AT 12:30PM.

EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT SUMMER BREAK, HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE.

FIREWORKS

CELEBRATING THE 4TH OF JULY WITH A FIREWORKS DISPLAY THIS YEAR IS HOSTED BY THE CARNEGIE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND WILL BE HELD SOUTH OF TOWN.

LANCE WILLIAMS, WHO WILL BE SETTING OFF THE DISPLAY SAYS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE NO SHORTAGE OF FIREWORKS.

HOME OF THE MONTH

NOMINATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED BY THE HERALD. SO CALL 654-1443 OR EMAIL NEWS@CARNEGIEHERALD. TWO HOMES WILL BE SELECTED EACH MONTH DURING THE SUMMER.

SENIORS

CARNEGIE HIGH SCHOOL HAS 37 STUDENTS WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THEIR DIPLOMAS.

State Bound Runners

The town would like to congratulate the qualifiers in the Class 2A Regional Track from Carnegie High School. In the girls event are: Kennedy Kiesau and Isabel Bush. In the boys event are: Vade Buster, Jeremy Pena, Kirk Harrison, Jagger Worley, Asa Worthington ad Andrew Bearbow.

2021 Honor Graduates

Carnegie wants to congratulate the 2021 Carnegie High School Honor Graduates.

Kaden Adkins, Vade Buster, Ganden Clark, Serenity Clark, Vivian Dietrich, Dayton Horn Kennedy Kiesau, Chad Little, Nayeli Lopez and Jeremy Pena.

These graduates carried a 4.0 GPA in the core classes approved by the board of education.

We want to honor all our graduates this year!

Serving the community with a dedication to feeding families in need.

To help make the process go faster and more efficiently please don’t forget to bring your ID and your utility bill. This is required per household.

The food pantry is always in search of volunteers and could use your help. If you would like to help but are worried about committing to each month that’s okay, any help is appreciated one time or monthly. If volunteering is out of the question but you would like to help remember the food pantry is a non-profit organization and works entirely on donations and will appreciate anything you can spare.

THE KIOWA TRIBE IS OFFERING COVID VACCINES ON MAY 4TH AND MAY 25TH FROM 9AM TO 4PM LOCATED AT THE RED BUFFALO HALL.
